FOUNDED
Nikolaos Ritsonis and Evangelos Charatsis founded an advisory firm for portfolio investments in Greek and international markets.
BROKERS OF THE ASE
The two major shareholders establish Beta Securities which becomes a member of the ASE.
DERIVATIVES MARKET
BETA becomes a member of the Athens derivatives market.
NEW OFFICES
BETA grows and relocates in new offices in central Athens. BETA expands its services to institutional investors, corporate finance activities, international markets.
ASSET MANAGEMENT LICENCE
BETA obtains official Asset Management Licence from greek Capital Markets Authorities. BETA becomes one of the first remote members in the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
ACQUISITION OF FORTIUS
BETA acquires a major Greek brokerage company Fortius Finance which emerged from the merger of three other brokerage companies Fortius, Market and Praxis Ιnternational.
PROVISION OF EXTERNAL ASSET MANAGEMENT
BETA Securities S.A., in collaboration with an international investment bank, is starting to offer external asset management advisory services to her clients.
